A confirmation of order means only that your order has been accepted by us and an authorisation for us to debit your card for the total amount has been placed on your credit card account. We do not actually debit your card until the goods are ready to be despatched. You will receive a confirmation email from us confirming the despatch of the goods, the carrier used and the type of delivery. Should you have any special requirements regarding delivery, please contact us ASAP after you have placed your order.
